Raia Properties sold the Vista Ridge apartment complex to a private investment firm . The property is a 271- unit community located at 6522 Camp Bullis Road , northwest of San Antonio.  Vista Ridge is a garden- style community built in 2007 and offering one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Principal Patton Jones and broker Casey Fry from Atlanta- based ARA Real Estate Investment Services represented the seller in the transaction. The price was not disclosed, but the  San Antonio Business Journal reports that the buyer paid cash for the acquisition. The residential community was at 95 percent occupancy at the time of the sale. “Vista Ridge was sought after by institutional and private wealthy investors seeking a core investment opportunity ,” said Jones. DALLAS, TX -  Preferred Apartment Communities announced the sale of Enclave at Vista Ridge, a Class A multifamily community located in Dallas, Texas.PAC sold the property for gross aggregate disposition proceeds of approximately $44.0 million. The property achieved an average annualized return of approximately 15.6%. GRAFTON — The Providence Place senior living community will soon move forward with an expansion approved last year. The original 40-unit structure at 815 Washington St. in Grafton was built in 2009, according to Village Plan Commission documents. According to a Plan Commission report from Village Planner Jessica Wolff last September, the 12-unit addition happening this year was on the original 2009 plan. The development needed to come back to the Plan Commission and Village Board because it was built under planned unit development zoning ; the 2009 zoning did not include the additional rooms. Both of those boards gave the needed approvals last fall. Gregory Smith Journal Staff Writer PROVIDENCE, R.I. — The real estate development company Carpionato Group is proposing to build a 459- unit apartment project at the site of the former Providence fruit and produce terminal on Harris Avenue, just west of Providence Place shopping mall . “It’s big,” said Robert E. Azar, deputy director of planning and development. The development would outdo what is perhaps Providence’s most prominent and substantial private apartment project , the Regency Plaza complex downtown , which has 444 units.
